From Seymour, Indiana, Kayla has recently finished filming a feature length film entitled Resurrection. The movie was directed by the legendary Jeff Burr (Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3, Pumpkinhead 2, Stepfather 2), starred B-movie icon Jim O’Rear, and featured special appearances by Lloyd Kaufman, Richard Lynch, and Daniel Emery Taylor. Her other recent work includes a leading role in the upcoming film Monster Cruise directed by Jim Wynorski.
Starting her career on the stage, her favorite credits include Emily Webb (Our Town), Sandy Olson (Grease), and Sally Middleton (The Voice Of The Turtle), but she is blessed to get to work in front of the camera. Outside of her aspirations of being an actress, Kayla works as a fashion/print/runway model. Her portfolio can be found at http://www.modelmayhem.com/kaylagill |

Cherokee was born a hillbilly and has lived most of his life fixing things with duct tape and putting cars on blocks in his yard for absolutely no reason at all. All of that stopped once he decided to make films. Since then his ascent into movie making has been a steep and steady climb. After several short films and a few local commercial deals, he decided that it was time to tell the story of his people. That's when Mountain Mafia was born. A true independent venture, Cherokee has been able to assemble a very recognizable cast and assemble the Kentucky film community in a way previously unseen. It was a success. Mountain Mafia got a distribution deal, and Cherokee got a three film deal, right before the movie completed principle photography. Keep your eye on this young film making stud!
Look for Mountain Mafia this summer staring Survivor's Rupert Boneham, scream queen Tiffany Shepis, Maniac Cop's Robert Z'Dar, MTV Jackass' Mike Holman, Playboy Playmate Amy Hayes, comedian Tim Wilson, horror favorite Jim O'Rear, The Return Of Swamp Thing's Daniel Emery Taylor, and WWE wrestling legend Al Snow! |

Jim O’Rear has been involved in the entertainment industry for over twenty five years, beginning his career on tour as The Youngest Professional Magician with David Copperfield, Harry Blackstone Jr., and The Great Tomsoni and opening for acts like Cheap Trick and John Anderson.
With his “magical” background and having been trained in New York at The American Academy Of Dramatic Arts, it was only natural that Jim move into the realm of film, television, and theatre where he has worked steadily as an actor, stuntman, and special make-up effects artist on such projects as "Day Of The Dead," "Star Trek 4," "The Vampire Wars," "Lethal Weapon 3," "Creature Feature," "Hayride Slaughter," "Cop & ½," "Psycho Beach Party," "Evita," "Little Shop Of Horrors," "No Retreat No Surrender 3," "Mortal Kombat: Conquest," and many more with actors including Martin Sheen, Burt Reynolds, Mel Gibson, Amanda Plummer, Maximillian Schell, Robert Englund, Jon Voight, Chris Sarandon, and others. Wanting to get some of his own ideas onto the screen, Jim successfully moved into the area of screenwriting. Although competition is tough, he has written and sold a number of horror-related screenplays, including "The House Of Pain" (in development with Robert Englund, Gunnar Hansen, Tom Savini, Bill Moseley, and Debbie Rochon), "Hayride Slaughter," "Hayride Slaughter 2," "The Deadly Obligation," "Vampyre Tales," "Wolfsbayne," "The Deepening," and (currently playing on cable) "Scream Farm." Jim also placed third for Best Screenplay in TSA’s screenwriting competition and was a finalist in the Fade In Screenplay contest and Writer’s Network competition.
